WEEKEND WORSHIP....JULY 6TH & 7TH...

While I am on vacation there will be a special weekend of worship led by Pastor Erik, Rev. Keith Staneart and Jared Hetherington. We continue in this special summer to offer our regular 5 weekend worship services to share the awesome worship of our God.
We hope that you will come and be part of this summer weekend worship.
I will be up at the Lake with my family with 3 of our 4 children. I always look forward to being with my children and sharing in some family time.

SUMMER WEEKEND WORSHIP.....JUNE 29TH & 30TH

CELEBRATING MINISTRY WEEKEND AND JOIN THE VISION.

This weekend Pastor Erik and I will be in all 5 weekend services sharing in the celebration of Ministry Weekend. Part of that celebration will be the time of sharing in the celebration of our re-appointment to CUMC for another year. I can't believe that I am beginning my 13th year of ministry with you. I cherish the past 12 years and look forward to this next year with excitement and anticipation of the many new things that God will be doing with you and I as CUMC.
This weekend we will also be celebrating Join the Vision.
We need more people to step up and make a commitment this important part of our ministry
If you have made a a commitment, we thank you. If you have not...please prayerfully consider making one.

This Weekend we will be celebrating the ministry that God has given us.
We will continue with the final part of the Ministry's Core: This weekend Embodying...Living Out the Gospel Message.
May that Spirit of the Living God be part of our weekend and ministry at CUMC...

Weekend Worship....June 22nd & 23rd

SUMMER WEEKEND WORSHIP....JUNE 22ND & 23RD...

We continue to share in the message series; Ministry's Core. This weekend  the message will be centered around: Equipping: Building a Battle Ready Team. As we think about the church and the core of ministry, we need to  think about equipping others to share and do the ministry of the church. This is the time of the year when I lead the Lay Ministry team that nominates leaders and people to be on ministry teams to do the work of Christ in and through our church. As we think about the style  of Christ and his leadership we saw that he constantly equipped his disciples to do the work of God.We are blessed at CUMC to have many leaders who are stepping up and sharing int he awesome ministry of Jesus Christ. 

This weekend I will be leading the Sunday Morning services. I look forward to sharing with you who come at 8;30am 9;45am and 11am.  I hope that the Spirit of God leads us in this special time of worship...

We gather this weekend for a great tribute to Dads...We will be honoring and recognizing those Dads who are with us as we honor them in all 5 of our weekend worship services. We will also be taking time to remember those who are not with us in a time of remembrance. I will be leading all 5 weekend worship services this weekend and look forward to being with you during this special weekend. I will continue to share in the message series; Ministry's  Core: this weekend: Discerning: Finding God's Will" What a tough moment it is in our lives when we are calling on God's guidance to discern His will for our lives. Looking forward to sharing with you this weekend.

WEEKEND WORSHIP.....JUNE 8TH &; 9TH ...PENTECOST III

We continue in this great season of  Pentecost celebrating the many gifts of God's Spirit that comes to us. We hope that you will feel the presence of God's Spirit as we worship. I will be leading the Contemporary Worship services on Saturday and Sunday this weekend. I look forward to sharing in the message series: Ministry's Core:This week Guarding...To Serve and Protect" We are called to serve our people in the church and to protect them from the evil that that this world promotes. We continue with the Ministry's Core a time of looking at the foundation of our ministry at CUMC.
