WORLD COMMUNION AND UNITY SERVICES....OCTOBER 6TH &; 7TH...

Saturday Night:  Service in CUMC Community Life Center  5:45pm..
combining the services of 5:30pm and 6:14pm as we share our unity in Christ

Sunday Morning: Service in CUMC Community Life Center 10am..
combining the services of 8;30am 9;45am & 11am as we share our unity in Christ.

I am excited about these 2 unity services..

A few months ago I had a young person say..."How come we have not had another unity service since we had one a few years ago in the Blackhawk HS..
So...what a great idea....and especially on  World Communion Weekend...

Celebrating World Communion with other Christians around the world
We will be celebrating Communion and symoblizing  our oneness in  Christ..
We will be combining the worship of our 5 services as we share our unity in Christ.

We will be honored to have along with Pastor Erik and myself...4 retired clergy who attend our church .  They will be sharing in Holy Communion with us...What a gift and blessing!!!!!!
