I will be away this weekend on my last summer vacation..
Love spending time at the lake with family..
This summer we have had the blessings of all of our children and grandaughter to be there with us.
So...I will be thinking of praying for CUMC this weekend in worship.
What a blessing to have Pastor Erik here on Staff ..
He will be sharing the messages this weekend.

SUMMER WEEKEND WORSHIP....AUGUST 24TH & 25TH...

We continue to share in the summer of worship and it is a great time to remember God's beauty in this time of the year. This weekend I will be leading the contemporary worship services on Saturday and Sunday  and sharing in the message: "A Little of God and Alot of Bull!" based on the story of Exodus 32. It is amazing how we have become so impatient with God and we take things into our own hands.
I am excited to share this weekend in contemporary worship and also will be baptizing Saige Elise Lester during the 9:45am AM Joy Service.

This weekend I will be sharing another sermon from "Sermons By The Devil" called: Satan On Child Training" This comes from a book that I bought for 25cents at a yard sale 20 years ago written in
1904 written by Rev. WS Harris. I will be sharing this message at all 5 weekend worship services. What is so scary is that this was written in 1904 and it sounds like it comes out of 2013. Hope you will come and share in weekend worship as we celebrate God's Presence..
