We are excited to have one of our missionaries that we sponsor Dr. Mark Abbott here with us sharing in the message during the Sunday Morning 8:30am & 11am services. Pastor Erik will be sharing the message during the Saturday night services 5;30pm and 6;14 and Sunday Morning 9:45am.
I will be sharing a time with my family at the Lake. What a special time to have all of our 4 children in one place at the same time along with our little grandaughter Makenna..

What an a wet summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!everyone is complaining of the wet weather....last summer it was dry and there were complaints...Are we ever satisfied??????
Well that leads me into this weekend's summer worship.
We will be sharing around the topic of Prayer..
I will be leading the contemporary services and Pastor Erik will be leading the Traditional.
I will be sharing in unique contemporary services all based on Prayer.  Lord Teach us to pray is the call of the disciples to Jesus.
It is the same.
We are asking Lord...teach us to pray.

WEEKEND WORSHIP...JULY 13TH &; 14TH...

Summer weekend worship includes our 5 weekend worship services. I will be leading all 5 of the services this weekend sharing the message: Sermon By The Devil: Worship....a modern sermon on the foolishness of worship.....delivered by Satan to the company of evil spirits .
My sermon this weekend is based on an old book that I bought for 25 cents in a yard sale many years ago. The book is written by Rev. W.S. Harris in 1904. The book is called Sermons by the Devil. It is made up of ficticious sermons by the Devil to his co workers before he sends them on earth.
This weekend I will be sharing the one on worship. What is so scary is that when you hear this you think it was written in 2013 not 1904.
